Northstar uses the nationally recognized accounting system known as Skyline wherein a complete financial report, general ledger, balance sheet, and detailed income & expense reports are prepared for each owner on a monthly basis. The company also provides monthly billing statements to all tenants disburse all accounts payable in a timely manner and prepare annual budgets for review by the ownership. Northstar has also been involved in supervising tenant improvements and/or capital improvements for all types of properties.
