Our Team - Mary Mott

Mary Mott is Controller and Secretary of the corporation for Northstar Management, Inc. (NMI).   Mrs. Mott joined NMI in 1997, from overseeing the accounting for a small handful of properties, to now the current business with over 70 properties.  After graduating from California State University, Fresno with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Mrs. Mott worked as a staff accountant for a local firm for several years.  She then took a hiatus to raise her two sons and then stepped back into accounting to support her husband’s growing business.

Mrs. Mott has achieved two notable athletic accomplishments by winning the 1998 mixed doubles 8.0 USTA National Championship in Tennis with her husband Bobby as her partner, and in 2000 won the USTA Women’s 3.5 National Championship in Tennis at Tucson, Arizona.

In Mrs. Mott's spare time she enjoys working out and taking care of her 4 grandkids. She is most happy entertaining and relaxing with her husband, friends and family at her home in Clovis. She has been married to her high school sweetheart for 35 years. They have raised two wonderful young men; Garrett, who is an attorney and married to his lovely wife Lauren; and Kevin, who is a UI/UX designer and married to his lovely wife Lauren.
